We never sell or share your personal information, e-mail address or credit card information ever. Our real time credit card processing goes through AUTHORIZE.NET a secure payment gateway or PayPal, whichever payment service you choose when checking out. In addition, we offer a local pickup drop off, and payments can be made by cash, check or charge.

Newsletters are filled with cat pampering tips, interesting stories, calendar dates and locations for fairs & trade shows where we will be attending, monthly product specials and more. If you would like to unsubscribe to the newsletter, you may do so by emailing us at tevans@thekittyscorner.com. E-Newsletters are sent on a quarterly basis, usually the first Friday and sometimes on the third Monday, to pet enthusiasts who have signed up through our website, in-person or at a fair.

PRODUCT ORDERS

You can order on-line 24 hours a day. You may also submit your orders via email:  tevans@thekittyscorner.com, or  by phone: 781-447-5489. Please leave your name, number, and a brief message when placing your orders. We Accepts PayPal as forms of payment. We collect 6.25% sales tax on products shipped to a Massachusetts address. All in-stock items will ship within 24 hours. If you have ordered an item that is not available or one that is back-ordered, we will contact you via email within 24 hours.

PAYMENT METHODS

At this time we accept payments through PayPal online; and cash and checks in person.

Shipping

We ship via the U.S. Postal Service to anywhere in the United States. The Kitty’s Corner (Feline Aficionada.com)  offers a flat shipping rate of $9.50 for U.S. ground service (2-7 days) on orders under $75.00. We offer free ground shipping in the U.S. on orders over $75.00. Enjoy! Ask About Express Shipping.

SALES TAX
The law requires that we collect sales tax on all product orders that are shipped to an address in the states where we have our business. The Kitty’s Corner has a retail sales tax resale certificate in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Therefore, a sales tax of 6.25% is added to all orders shipped to an address is Massachusetts.

SALE ITEMS
Products on sale are all FINAL sales and can not be returned.

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES

Purchase Pledge

We want you to be happy with your shopping experience and items . If you are not satisfied with your order or gift, please contact us within 14 days of receipt by email: tevans@hekittyscorner.com or phone: 781-447-5489. If items were damaged in shipping, please notify us immediately. We would like to understand the reason for your request to return an order or gift, as it will help us to continuously improve our customer care services. Depending on the circumstances, we will either issue a refund or exchange. Please be aware that we do not accept items that were worn or damaged due to improper usage. Shipping on returned items is non-refundable. Please enclose your contact information and reason for the return with the product and ship to:

Restrictions: Sale Items, Custom Orders, Perishable Food and Treats or Gift Baskets that have been opened, can not be returned or exchanged.

Directions: Your Returned Products must also have:

1. The Return Form which is enclosed with a copy of the original order.
2. The reason for the return.
3. A valid residential address that can receive UPS Shipments. (We can’t ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes)

4. What resolve you would like, i.e. an exchange for another item(s) of equal or more value, or a credit back to you.
**We will credit your original method of payment, excluding the first delivery charges. If a product is exchanged for another, we will pay the second shipping cost. No other items may be added to the order, only an item for an item. If you have any questions about returns or exchanges contact us at tevans@thekittyscorner.com.

BACK ORDERS AND LIMITED STOCK

When items are back ordered or there is a limited stock, you will be notified within 3 business days. At that time we will tell you the estimated ship date and you will have the choice of either accepting or declining the purchase of those items.

CANCELING/ ADJUSTING OR ADDING TO ORDERS

Once your order is processed (Shipped) changes can’t be made to that order. If you change your mind, forgot to add an item, or realize you have ordered the incorrect item, and would like to cancel the order or adjust the order, contact us AS SOON AS POSSIBLE by Email at tevans@felineaficionada.com or by phone at 781-447-5489. We will Email you a confirmation email if we receive the cancellation/ adjustment request before we have shipped your order. In the event that the order has not been shipped yet, we will make every effort to add or adjust the order for you. If the order has been shipped, we can not make any changes to the order.Please see returns or exchanges.

STORE CREDIT

At this time We don’t give store credit, we will either issue you an exchange or credit your account. (See Returns and Exchanges)

CUSTOM ORDERS

On occasion we will offer items that can be custom designed or embroidered with your pets name. These items will take up to 5 days longer to ship and may be sent in a separate shipping box. Custom items are a final sale.

ADVERTISING SALES

The Tabby Cat Ad
125×125 square ad space is available for $30 for 6 months. These ads randomly rotate, and the number of clicks can be tracked.

Quick Directory

The Quick Directory is a free listing for friends, family, clients, network partners who place our website listing or banner on their website. It’s always available for animal welfare groups for free.

Feline Aficionada Guidelines For Events

Will You Post or Promote Our Event on Your Calendar Etc?

  • At this time we only promote events, benefits and causes that we are committed to participating i.e. “Talks & Workshops”, Sponsorship, Raffle/Auction Donation, Table Rental, volunteering, emceeing, national/regional joint campaigns.

How do you promote events you are participating in?

  • We promote events we will be attending or partnering with in a variety of ways: on our website FelineAficionada.com/TheKitty’sCorner.com, on the Talks &Workshops Page, Blog posts and Banner Ads, press releases-on PRWEB or local media, print or radio advertising, Cat Chat E-News, Feel The Purr Quarterly, or Social Media, Facebook Fan Page facebook.com/felineaficionada, additionally where appropriate. The more we’re involved the more we promote our involvement. We create a media plan for our participation and can provide you with a copy as a good faith commitment to our promotion efforts; however, we expect one in return. We do this to attract organizers that want to plan quality events and promote them within public relations industry standards. We prefer to have 2-3 months notice to generate a successful publicity campaign.

What Kinds Of Events Do You Participate in?

  • We seek to participate in pet events and welfare efforts that help rescue, spay/neuter and care for cats, shelter cats, feral cats, animal care programs for special needs cats, or other campaigns that include cat care, special needs care and the benefits and joys of the feline lifestyle. Also, we want to help put a face on all the cats that are sitting in shelters waiting for good and loving homes by partnering with national and regional cat focused campaigns.

What do you expect to receive from the event/campaign organizers when you are a participant?

We believe a reciprocal promotion is in the best interest of each organization to receive thought-out and planned promotion that will benefit both organizations.

  • Talks & Workshops (Sponsorship) Feline Aficionada gives talks and workshops on cat ownership, special needs care, cat sitting and the humor the feline lifestyle brings; and promotes it to her fans. This is a $700 Value
    • Web: We expect that Feline Aficionada web Banner with a link will appear on your website or events page, that you can expect your banner and link to appear on our website promoting our participation in your event. We provide all our logo and banner files (web & print ready) and will expect to receive your files ready for web and print in order to promote your event.
    • Social Media: We expect Feline Aficionada to be announced on Social Media Pages
    • Print Advertising and Publicity: Be listed in Press Releases, Program brochure/ poster, schedule, t-shirts, etc and announced in radio and print ads if applicable
    • Announced at the event, if a sponsor announced once each hour. We can provide a script.
    • Table space or other opportunity for me to promote Feline Aficionada
    • Free Parking, and to pay no ticket fee.
    • Signed Detailed Contract
  • Raffle/Auction Donation, We expect to be listed as a donor in letters or that our donation item be listed in a event brochure or table signage i.e. auction description booklet, auction item sheet, as donated by Feline Aficionada Tonia Evans

Here are the donations requirements:

#1 We donate to registered non-profit organizations that focus on cats, animal wellness, rescue, animal medical care, etc, IN OUR AREA.

#2 Send a request at least THREE months before the event, on the organizations letterhead, and include the 501(c)3 number. Tell us a little bit about your organization and some of your success stories.

#3 State how the donation would be used (i.e silent auction, Raffle, etc.) and what kind of publicity your organization offers in exchange for this donation.

#4 State what kind of advertising venues you will be using to promote your event.

#5 Only one donation per organization per year. All donations go through an approval process.

  • Table Rental-Under $40 We expect to be announcement at least one time at the event and provided with a thank you letter for our taxes. Over $50 we expect that your event will be doing pr and advertising, to be announced at the event and receive a thank you letter for our taxes.
  • Volunteering-Expect water and meal provided and other perks on terms agreed upon.

  • National/Regional Joint Campaigns-Contract and agreed upon terms

We love helping animals through our company. The Kitty’s Corner donates to local area animal welfare and rescue groups on a first come first serve basis, when able.
